Have been here 4 or 5 times and would highly reccommend, the masks and bubbles are super relaxing. We will be back 😊

We had a couples hammam treatment downstairs and it was absolutely fantastic. The last time we came to this place was 6 years ago and its still the same - great facilities, relaxing, the hammam itself is relaxing and rejuvenating. The massage was fantastic. Cannot recommended enough and we will be back!

It was a birthday gift from my daughter Had the most amazing time. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The steam room was amazing the temperature was perfect. The Massage was fantastic i didn’t want it to end.Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at hammam spa. We had a lovely time overall and would recommend to other couples too and friends. I had a massage from a lady called Mace. Lovely place, treatment was very good and thorough, our skin felt so soft after. Thank you! Mace was exceptional she was amazing, best treatment!

Rohnia and Maize did our hammam treatment tonight. I must say that we've been to your hammam so many times but the two ladies today were absolutely excellent. It is actually one of our best experience to date. They were very meticulous in their techniques, took their time to give a good massage and very detailed in their scrubbing and very careful. They made sure our faces weren't full of soap also. In conclusion both ladies were so good - they deserve a mention. We will ask for them again when we go back to Crystal spa. Thank you.

I have just finished my hamman service at the Crystal Palace spa . I feel Sensational!! A very lovely, patient and attentive lady called ICE gave ma wonderful body scrub and massage. The facilities are very clean and organised. I highly recommend this spa . Just remember your towel and flip flops.!Enjoy .

The best waxing ever very quickly no pain at all super clean and the lady who does is very nice and friendly I totally recommend is very hard in London to find someone to do good waxing but I can tell you 100% in Cristal Palace is the best ...and nails also thank you so much 💋

Had some kind of full experience or at least it was felt so, I was here for 1 and a half, and was made to feel like relaxation is the absolute goal and it definitely was achieved!!! Afterwards I just wanted to sleep instead of walking home, couldn't even bare a 15 minute walk hahaha. The bubble massage was my favorite! ..... Will definitely come here again!

The staff were welcoming and friendly, accommodating. The facilities are as they look in the pictures and the experience was worthwhile. Really enjoyed the body scrub (had honey) and steam room gets up to some wicked temperatures

Had a wonderful Hammam experience with Alyona & Vika. They were so friendly and attentive and the hammam was amazing. It was my first experience and I would happily return here.

We have a wonderful time at Crystal Palace Spa with my partner. Had a warm welcoming and then changed into swimwear and headed to steam room for about 15 mins, from there we went to another room for a full body treatment. We were next to each other on a massive heated stone, we chose a coffee treatment which was lovely. Myself I had a lovely lady Sofia who was very kind and did a fantastic massage for me. We had a lovely time overall and would recommend to other couples too. In case you wonder, I had a massage from a lady as mentioned before and my husband from a man. Please make sure you have a swimsuit, ideally a two piece, and bring your flip flops. Body lotion that we were supposed to bring was not used, but towels are much needed so please bring your own. There are also hairdryers in ladies changing room so you don’t need to bring your own. One advise I would also mention try to drink water before you come as steam room can get intese, and drink water afterwards too. Lovely place, treatment was very good and thorough, our skin felt so soft after. Thank you!

From start to finish I had a wonderful experience at Crystal Spa. The place was clean and calming and the staff were welcoming and friendly (especially Sophie). The changing room was a little small, but as there was only myself and another lady, this was not a problem. I enjoyed 15 minutes in the steam room, then had an exfoliating body scrub and massage by Orhan, both of which were amazing. He had a very professional technique and used just the right amount of pressure overall. I left feeling cleansed, relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend Crystal Spa and I look forward to returning soon!

Lovely experience. The place is clean and well organized. Calming environment with music and the hammam bath was really great. Saffa was really nice and took care of us. I enjoyed the coffee cleans. My body feels new and refreshed. We went as a couple so it was great to have this experience together. Thank you

I had the Turkish Hammam and Moroccan Bath Experience, It was worth every penny. Went on a girls day out with my daughters. I had the honey scrub, a gentleman did my massage, and I felt RRR (relaxed, revived, and respected). I will definately recommend it. A nice treat.

Great hammam experience - you have a steam first, then you get taken through for an exfoliating scrub, soap (mini massage with bubbles) and a full body mask (coffee is my favourite). I’d recommend bringing a 2 piece costume as you’ll want to take the top off for the hammam. The have showers for after and lockers to pop your things in.

Booked this for myself and 2 friends as a birthday treat. From the moment we walked in we received a very warm welcome, the staff were very friendly. The whole treatment was very relaxing, body felt amazing after, we got to relax and enjoy a drink straight after in lovely room.The atmosphere was just like being abroad, relaxing music and a clean environment. I had such a beautiful experience at Crystal Palace Spa today. I'm unaware of the receptionist's name and the lady who had assisted me however, they were both very welcoming. I booked the 90 minute experience of Turkish & Moroccan Hammam which was £45 with a voucher on Groupon, (make sure you book online) and pay at the venue. It started with 15 minutes in the steam room which was my idea of hell, I've never experienced it before so I was dying in there but it was an experience for sure. We then moved over to a different room, where I had a mask all over my body and my body scrubbed, with multiple massages throughout the experience. Lastly, the lady had offer me a choice of a drink to complete my experience. It was genuinely such a comforting experience, especially for my first time I was a bit nervous about this but it had to be done and I felt so good after. Will possibly be coming here, thank you for a lovely time here.

Tried the 90min hammam service. Alyona was very professional and gentle. Would recommend! Towel rental is pricey (£3 for 1) though so might be better to bring your own

A beautiful body scrub, wash and body mask with Alyona at this Hammam Spa. I would recommend the Moroccon Bath. Left feeling clean and my skin soft. Definitely a great experience if you are looking for something different from a Swedish Massage.

Just finished my hammam treatment with Natalie. It was wonderful. As I booked a hamman for 1 person single I had the steam room and treatment room all to myself. It was very satisfying,relaxing and thorough. Natalie was very attentive too. All the staff are hospitable & welcoming.They provide water shoes, a hair dryer and a reasonable size locker to keep your things.Natalie was very attentive too. 90 minutes well spent. I highly recommend.

My wife and I received a voucher as a wedding present for a 90 minute Turkish Hammam experience and we had such a relaxing yet invigorating experience. The two therapists, Hawa and Natalia were both excellent and made us feel very comfortable. We would both highly recommend!

Went for Hammam treatment, started with 15 min steam, then the hammam scrub, followed by massage and choice of self scrub. I went for coffee. Was absolutely lush, the staff take good care of you, the service was great. It’s just what I needed after a few stressful sleepless nights. I slept great the next day and my skin was baby soft. I get the feeling it’s good for circulation and health to do this treatment regularly. Don’t forget your swimsuit/ bikini, towel and flip flops. They have changing rooms and lockers to put your stuff in. Would definitely book again in the future when I need a detox.
